List of enforceable government directions during coronavirus

In line with recent government announcements, enforceable government directions have been issued requiring some people to self-isolate, and with respect to restaurants, gyms, pubs, clubs and other services deemed non-essential.
As these enforceable government directions have been issued, some affected businesses are likely to be able to stand down employees, if they cannot usefully be employed. See When can employees be stood down without pay?
